Research Project

I’m currently a pre-doctoral graduate student in the Cell and Molecular Biology Program. I am in my second rotation (Nov. 1999 – Feb. 2000) in Dr. Tim Zacharewski’s Lab. I have been associated with the Toxicogenomics Project under the direction of Dr. Rob Halgren. I have worked with both Cora Fong and Adam Boyce on the sequence verification of the IMAGE clones that were selected for this microarray. I have also worked with Mark Fielden on 96-well PCR for the microarray, and some minor work with mouse handling on his other project looking at the reproductive effects of male endocrine disruptors. Most recently I have been working on the classification of the genes in our database using GeneCards, and EGAD Cellular Roles.
